Pricing

Flat monthly rates based on what your business actually needs. You know what you'll pay before we start the work.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Your books kept current every month. One flat rate based on the volume of activity in your business.

What's included

Bank and credit card reconciliation, transaction categorization, and monthly financial statements. We review every transaction, catch errors and misclassifications before they compound, and close the books with reports you can actually use. At year-end your CPA gets a clean file.

How pricing works

Your rate is based on your monthly expenses, which is the best proxy for how much activity flows through your books. A contractor running $15,000 a month through the business pays less than one running $150,000. We review your recent activity, quote a flat monthly rate, and that's what you pay. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

What You Get

A real view of how the business is doing and numbers you can actually make decisions with.

Know What You Actually Made

Checking the bank balance tells you what's there right now. It doesn't tell you what's profit, what's owed to vendors next week, or what the tax bill is quietly building toward. Monthly books separate all of that out so the real picture shows up.

Hand Your CPA Clean Books

Tax season goes one of two ways. Either the records are clean and filing is routine, or your CPA bills hours to fix a year of mistakes before they can even start the return. Clean monthly books mean lower prep fees, faster turnaround, and no last-minute scrambling.

Decide With Real Numbers

Should you hire a second crew? Can you raise prices without losing work? Is that piece of equipment going to pay for itself? These questions are a lot easier to answer when you know exactly what last quarter looked like and what this one is tracking toward.
